Every human life is taught, from a very young age, to make it their inner priority to learn, to become what the world outside us needs of us: to talk, to walk, to behave correctly, to learn much, to act knowledgeably and responsibly. Much of that demand is experienced as an external requirement.
Resilience is a consequence of the investment we make, in building the person we want within – a journey which can only be undertaken by ourselves, consciously, individually –one in which we shape the person we want, from the inside-out.
In doing so, we create the pathways we want, patterns which improve our resilience. These mind states are accessible, and accompany our values, cherished qualities and the purpose you nurture in your time.
