Feminenza On the Move

This is our 26th year in assisting women and youth, to take on the struggles they face, to take charge of their own lives, to make a difference and to emerge with the mental resilience that they need; to help others, to improve the future of humanity.

For this fundraiser, volunteers worldwide set themselves a challenge for the day: to run, hike, walk, swim or dance for a set time or distance according to their own ability. Eg. a half-hour walk, a 10K walk, a 5K run, a 30K bike-ride, a 2-hour dance-a-thon.

Your participation on the 10th October will help us raise funds to extend our work to other lives and support our centre for women.
