About the event
Join us for a new series of four online workshops on self-leadership for young women (ages 18 to 35). These will focus on Understanding and Navigating Through Emotions to help ignite your inner fire and develop resilience towards being able to live a life of meaning amidst the many challenges in today’s world.
These workshops will explore 'Why do we have emotions? What are they for? Why do some emotions energize and others exhaust us?' Understanding how our emotional system works within our human design helps us to better navigate and take charge of our life.
These four 2-hour interactive online workshops will include rare knowledge, practical exercises, contemplations and relevant stories. The workshops build upon one another, so participation in all is helpful.
