The Feminenza team are leaping forward 💃 with a new series of 3 workshops on ‘Taking Charge of your Life’ for young women (ages 18 to 35). This time we will be focusing on "Understanding and Managing Emotions".
Emotions are powerful and mysterious energies that affect us in many ways. Handled wisely, our emotions can become a source of strength, warmth and nourishment, not just for ourselves, but for those around us. But when out of control or not managed well, they can carry us down difficult paths that can be painful and sometimes destructive.
Within these challenging and changing times, we can play an important part in creating a better world - if we can build our inner intactness, sense of purpose, and nourish the true human values that create a better future.
