Online zoom call for A Resilient Life participants. Connection between Forgiveness and Resilience, and how its outplay affects our lives and the lives of others.
In today’s world forgiveness is considered to be a feature for people who have the time and space to be free from the real challenges of living; its real value often misunderstood.
Forgiveness is a complex matter and yet it is an inherent human capability. Take a moment and imagine what it would be like if there was no forgiveness.
In building a resilient life it becomes necessary to find ways which separate ourselves and others when considering what went wrong and then find a better way forward. We all need to heal and we also need to take steps which reassure us that any harm done stops with us. This takes practice, and one-off errors we make do not define us in our entirety.
