Ukubandakanya amalungu omphakathi ojikelezayo e-Carlow kanye nabasebenzi noma isikhungo somphakathi sase-St. Catherine's kuNqubo Yokuqonda Nokulawula Ukwesaba.

Ukwakha amandla, isibindi nokuzethemba

Ukwesaba kuwukusabela kwemvelo komuntu ekuphileni. Nokho, ukuphila kungaba yiqhwa ngokumane nje ungazi ukuthi ungalawula kanjani ukwesaba. Nakuba okunye ukwesaba kuyadingeka ukuze sisinde, kuningi okudingeka sikufunde ukuphila nakho noma sithole isibindi sokukulahla.

Sinikeza iworkshop yezinsuku ezi-2. Inikeza izimo, ulwazi kanye namathuluzi angokoqobo ukuze ume isikhashana, usethe kabusha futhi wamukele ukwesaba okukubambezelayo. Amathuluzi angasetshenziswa kaningi ukuze abhekane nokwesaba nokukhathazeka, ukuze aqine futhi alawule.

Ukusetshenziswa kwe-Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) namanye amathuluzi okuhlola abonise ukuthi le nqubo inciphise izimpawu ezihambisana nokwesaba futhi yathuthukisa ukuzethemba nokuqonda kubahlanganyeli.
 

I-Workshop


Iworkshop Yokuqonda Nokuphatha Ukwesaba iyinto yezinsuku ezi-2. Ihlinzeka abesifazane nabesilisa ngamathuluzi:

  • Thola ukuthi yini umuntu ayesabayo

  • Limise uvalo

  • Lawula ukwesaba okuqhubekayo ngokuthula nangokuqinile

  • Ukuthatha umthwalo omkhulu wempilo yomuntu
     

Imiboniso inikezwa ukuze umuntu akwazi ukubamba ukuthi ukwesaba kwakha kanjani, ukuqonda ukuthi kungani kucindezela ingqondo ehluzekile, nokufunda ukuthi kuholela kanjani ekulahlekelweni ukulawula imizwa yakhe futhi - ngokuvamile kakhulu - izenzo zomuntu ezilandelayo.
 

Inqubo iphephile futhi iyabonisa, imvamisa yenziwa engadini enkulu ethule, insimu noma ihholo. Asikho isidingo sokwabelana nanoma iyiphi ingxenye yokuphila komuntu nabanye abahlanganyela kule nqubo. Nakuba kuyinkundla yokucobelelana ngolwazi, eyenziwa nabanye, le nqubo iyimfihlo futhi iyasebenza.
 

Kunezigaba ezintathu ezihlukene:

  • Esigabeni sesithathu nesokugcina (uhambo lwesinqumo), ababambiqhaza baphinde bacabange ngomkhondo wempilo yabo futhi okubalulekile, ikusasa labo; isikhashana sokuzimisela.
     

I-Workshop yethulwe ezimeni ezehlukene zokuhlukumezeka, ukungqubuzana, ubumpofu, udlame, ingcindezelo kanye nokungabi namathuba futhi isizuzise ababambiqhaza babo bonke ubudala nobulili abavela eNetherlands, Ireland, United Kingdom, North America, Kenya, Denmark kanye no-Israel.
