To develop a ‘A Resilient Life’, we must understand the human brain, its anatomy, its patterns, how they are acquired – and what often causes us to be low functioning.  

Most low functioning patterns, which we experience within ourselves, we usually assume are somehow statements which describe our inner identity. Whilst it is true that many of our patterns can be established and developed by us, most of the patterns which sway us are actually built from the outside-in.  

We are also often convinced that our habits, our patterns are almost impossible to change. Thats not true. We can all update our patterns, by practicing what we want to introduce, and we can add new ones, manage some. Hence all of us can consciously build our own inner resilience.   

This, the first of a series of three online workshops, provide essential foundations, understanding, simple, fun and creative ways to break the hold of stress, anxiety, dependency and low mood.   Υouth workers and individuals who assist youth with an elevated level of stress,…
