 Sally
Beeson MBCS
Feminenza Website Editor, Director and Facilitator
Sally is a Programme and Project Management Consultant and has
28 years business experience in Change Management and Information
Technology. As Programme Manager of a large organisation, she was
responsible for successfully delivering a 60 million-pound project
on time and to budget.
Her skills are invaluable on the Feminenza Website, which she
designed and implemented and continues to develop and is realising
her goal of creating an on-line global community for women and
men. It is a medium that allows her to communicate with and promote
the talents of people who feel deeply about spiritual issues and
the current state of the world today. Her long-standing partner
supports her by hosting the website and is a life-long Friend of
Feminenza.
Also, as a Director of Feminenza she plays a valuable role in
the strategic planning team which concentrates on the ways and
means of achieving our vision of being an encouragement to women
all over the world. From an early age she was driven by the desire
to realise her own potential and in so doing also creates opportunities
for others. Her wit, humour and zest for life contribute greatly
to providing the energy needed to do this work. As a Facilitator
she has run courses on The Perceptive Arts, Confidence, Body Language
and Stress Management and she will be assisting in the development
of our on-line distance learning programme.

Gill
Huyton M.I.P.D
Feminenza Facilitator
Gill firstly trained as a nurse and later qualified in Personnel
Management and Training, where during her 15-year career in the
private and public sector, she became a Personnel Manager, responsible
for a large staff, recruitment & selection, training & development,
a three-million-pound budget and for policy making. Interacting
with people, helping people to develop and realise their potential,
be it at work, or within their own lives, has always been her motivation.
Her belief and care for others, demonstrated in her work in nursing,
volunteer organisations and personnel, means she loves to facilitate
in any way possible, providing the support, encouragement and practical
help to see someone succeed.
Gill also has attended writing courses, written books and articles,
edited other's work and is currently doing a soft journalism course.
This passion for writing has led her to be one of the editors in
the team that produces the Feminenza Magazine. She sees part of
her dream of communicating and sharing Feminenza's work with the
world taking shape within this medium. This also is the reason
she is a member of the website team, and her enthusiasm to set
up an international network as part of a strengthening support
system for women across the world is unbounded. She is currently
working on an on-line distance learning programme.
You may see some of her writing by clicking onto the community
pages and looking at the submitted articles and the Book Club,
where you are more than welcome to share your own thoughts and
feelings.
Some of you will be familiar with her as she develops and administrates
our growing Friends of Feminenza network and as the distributor
of the magazine. Should you wish to contact her, her email address

 Marion
Verweij
Co-Editor of Feminenza Magazine, Author and Feminenza Facilitator
English by origin, Marion has now lived in Holland for 21 years
where she works as a Life-Coach and author. During this time she
has been on a journey of personal growth and spiritual exploration.
She has researched in depth, areas such as the history of the world
and current affairs, trying to understand why there is so much
physical, emotional, mental and spiritual suffering in the world
and trying to track the trends of where this is leading to and
what the solutions may be. She is motivated by the wish to be instrumental
in providing remedy to the 'human situation' and through her coaching
and facilitation to see people (including herself) being the best
they can be. Since a child she has been fascinated by the fact
that there are no two people in the world who are exactly the same.
She hopes one day all will be free to be close to their own inner-uniqueness.
Marion has a great love of communication, be it via the written
or spoken word. She has written various articles and booklets and
is co-editor of Feminenza Magazine. She loves interviewing people
from around the world about the issues that motivate their lives.
Her book Beacons of Hope has been published in both English and
Dutch and can be purchased via this website. Waris Dirie, special
Ambassador to the United Nations concerning female circumcision
said about it: “Every human being should read the Beacons
of Hope and we should absolutely make sure of that. Personally
it is my Bible, if there is such a word. Funny enough I forgot
my diary the other day, but I had the Beacons of Hope in my handbag”.
Review samples can be read on: http://www.womenwriters.net and http://womenwriters.about.com
Her next book, which is currently being written, explores the
possible remedies for many of the problems that arise between the
genders. Alongside her own research Marion includes interviews
with people from many different cultures, religions and backgrounds
from around the world, opening up and shedding light on the issues
that affect us all.
Marion conducts lectures, workshops and training for women with
Feminenza and elsewhere for mixed groups, covering subjects such
as confidence building, feminine leadership, gender relations and
personal growth. These take place both in English and Dutch, in
Holland and internationally. For information on Marion’s
current activities please take a look at the Dutch section of the
website. For talks and interviews e-mail her at
