The Feminenza Vision

Since our establishment in various countries in April 2000, our work has focused primarily on discovering the natural essences and inner strengths of the feminine gender and developing ways to integrate these natural features into daily life. We have found that this has promoted a deeper self-knowledge from which has emerged a strong belief in what is innate in us and in life itself. It has also generated a greater mutuality between us, in recognition of the sameness of our feminine nature and qualities. This is balanced by the belief that we are each here for a unique purpose which promotes a genuine respect and value for each life and what it may be and do.

We have also identified pathways of feminine spiritual growth latent within each woman, that we see need to be developed, in order to serve the evolution of the human race that is trying to manifest. Humanity urgently needs the voice of feminine wisdom and intelligence, in the forums and debates about the pressing dilemmas that face the world today.

Integral with our vision for women is that of a new partnership between the genders. In our workshops and seminars for men and women we are continually asking ourselves what are the ingredients that will support such a vision? What is it that will enable us to honour and warm to the strength, richness and nobility that is inherent in each gender? What will promote us to rise above the limiting patterns of past ages? We are motivated in this search by the belief that a better understanding and harmony between the genders is one of the keys to the state of peace and peace of mind that the world and the human race so desperately need. This belief is upheld in the first principle of Feminenza.

There is a myriad of problems facing humanity and whilst one can always point to changes that are needed at the level of national and international governance, something is calling for an acceptance of responsibility at the personal level, that is just as important, if not more, so than the collective level. This acceptance carries with it a knowing that each one of us can be an agent of change in this new global consciousness that is beginning to emerge.
